Be yourself and don't try to change who you are by dressing slutty-ish. Be aware of your appearance, like getting rid of hair and skin problems, maybe even getting a new haircut or changing your hairstyle! :D Also, use your brains too & try to be a more interesting person. The rightful answer is that I don't think you can Make anyone love you. Either the feelings are there or they aren't. Most people fall in love by having mutual interest or taking interest in the others endeavors.
Be a friend, keep lines of communication open, support what they like to do or are interested in, and see what happens. Express your feelings but be prepared that what you are hoping for in the relationship may not be what they want, and you have to respect that, and move on.
