Simple form script which publishes results to browser
Filed under: enart.cgnq.com — smith @ March 21, 2010 edit
  • Hi hope someone can send me in the right direction here.

I've used form mail and other scripts that email the details entered into a form but I need to put a form on a website that takes the information to another page and merges with a formatted template letter. After completing the form and hitting the submit button the new page opens up in the browser. The visitor can then read or print the results.

    e.g

    Dear (Name)

Thanks for purchasing (product) we hope you enjoy using it.

    Kind Regards

If there is a script somewhere that will do that - I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

    Many thanks

  • There is a free form site that gives you several configuration options, located HERE (http://www.formsite.com)

You do have to register but that's free, all results can be configured to reply to the "submitter" in html or text format.

It's a great little online html form editor really.

    Hope this helps!
