Where do I get some sage at?
  • Sage is a flower right? Will they have it at Lowes?

  • I have some in my gardens, you'll just have to come to oklahoma, or I could mail you some.

  • Actually it's a bush that can be trimmed into a hedge if planted close enough together. It flowers and is drought resistant. Lowes and Home Depot both have them here.

  • I have found it at lowes. But now being HOLY Days. ...The move out most of their garden supplies.......Sage is an Herb. Some type of Independent Garden Supplier would be a better option.

  • Depends on what type of Sage you are looking for since there are over 200 different species and varieties to choose from. They range from tropical to desert types and many are used as cooking herbs. Do you want an annual or perennial type? And what color flower? Lowes, Home Depot, Target and WalMart all carry many of the more common Sages so you should be able to pick more than one that will work for you in your area. Try some of the local non box store type plant nurseries as well since they generally will carry a better selection and have staff trained to help you with your questions than the other stores will. Some excellent flowering ones are 'Hot Lips', 'Lipstick', 'Black and Blue', and one of my favorites is called Golden or Dune Sage.

  • Usually grown as an herb. They do sometimes have the plants in Spring and certainly will have the seed.
If not seed catalogs sell both.
Nichol's Garden Nursery would be my first recommendation.
Edit: Grand Lake. Be careful about sending any. Bad thing to send plants in the mail to some States. Stillwater.
